5.1.1. Shipping Destinations and Methods. We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipments are fulfilled via third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Available shipping methods (e.g., Standard, Expedited) and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.
5.1.2. Processing and Delivery Timelines. Orders are typically processed for shipment within two (2) to five (5) business days after verification of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Provided delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by the Company. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, natural disasters, acts of government, or other events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events).
5.1.3. Risk of Loss and Title. Title to the Products and risk of physical loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the common carrier at our shipping point. Any claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after delivery to the carrier must be filed directly with the carrier. We may, at our discretion, assist you in pursuing such a claim but assume no liability or obligation to do so.
5.1.4. Shipping Address Accuracy. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package redirection.

To initiate a return under this guarantee, you must contact us at support@shortcct.com within the 30-day window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5.2.2. General Returns (Opened or Used Products). Returns for opened, used, or partially assembled Kits are not accepted under the standard money-back guarantee, except as provided for Defective Products in Section 5.3. This policy is for safety, liability, and hygiene reasons, as electronic components cannot be restocked once their sealed packaging has been compromised.

a. All returns require a pre-issued RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
b. The Product must be packed securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
